About CONTROL ALT DELETE
We set up and look after the technology a company runs on: computers, network, cameras, the website, automation. When you write to us, a person answers.
The name
Ctrl + Alt + Del is what you press when a computer stops responding. That’s where the name comes from. Our job is to make you need it less often.
- Ctrl
Control
You know what is in your business and who has access to it.
- Alt
Upkeep
Systems are looked after regularly, not only once they break.
- Del
Fix
We look for the cause, so the same problem doesn’t keep coming back.

A fresh start
Sometimes it’s better to redo something: a computer, a network or a website. When we do, we do it tidily and write down how it’s set up.
Our approach
Most companies don’t need more technology. They need the technology they already have to work, and to work together.
So we ask first: what you do, how many places you work from, what brings work to a stop. Then we tell you what we’d do.
We’re a small business ourselves, so we think like one.
What to expect from us
-
One number to call
Computers, network, cameras, the website. You call one place, and you don’t have to explain from scratch who did what.
-
You know what we did
After every job, we tell you what we changed or set up.
-
Plain words
You’ll hear what we suggest and why. If you don’t need something, we’ll tell you.
-
Remotely or on site
A lot can be fixed remotely. When it can’t, we come over.
-
Until 10 p.m., Saturdays too
We work Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
-
And afterwards
We don’t disappear once the job is done. If you want, we take care of things from then on.
