These terms govern the use of this website. CONTROL ALT DELETE services are provided under separate contracts or proposals, which set out the scope, timing and price.
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Bulgarian version, the Bulgarian version prevails.

Using the website
The website is free to use for information about our services and to contact us. You may not:
- try to disrupt the website’s operation, security or availability, including testing for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- send spam, malicious content or other people’s data you have no right to share, through the forms or by email;
- automatically collect content or data from the website to send unsolicited messages.
In case of abuse we may decline to answer your messages and take the measures the law allows.
Information and proposals
Information on the website describes our services in general and is not a binding offer. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Specific terms are agreed in writing for each project or support agreement.
CAD Help, CAD Assistant and recommendations
The checks in CAD Help, the replies of CAD Assistant and the recommendations in CAD Start are general guidance, not a technical diagnosis or professional advice for your specific case. We only describe safe first steps; if you are unsure, don’t carry them out and contact us instead. The assistant is automated, follows predefined rules and may misunderstand a question.
Website project commitments
The commitments described on the Websites page apply only under the conditions stated there and under the contract for the specific project:
- a price at least 20% below a current written offer from another provider for the same scope and functionality (we compare once the scope has been agreed);
- delivery within 31 calendar days once the scope is agreed in writing, the deposit has been paid and we have the materials and access we need (time spent waiting for your approvals or materials doesn’t count);
- the deposit may be refunded only if the agreed scope is not completed on time solely because of a delay on our side, and under the terms of the contract. Delays on your side or by third parties, missing materials or access, changes to the scope and additional requests do not give grounds for a refund.
Where the website text and the contract differ, the contract takes precedence.
Intellectual property
The texts, design, code and CAD mark on the website belong to the company or are used with permission. They may not be copied for commercial purposes without written consent.
Client names are given as factual information about work carried out and belong to the respective companies. Naming them does not imply a partnership or endorsement beyond the work described.
Other websites and embedded content
The website links to other websites and can show the SolvX Capital website inside a window on the page. CONTROL ALT DELETE built that website and maintains it technically, but it is operated by its owner, who sets its content and policies. Other websites are governed by their own terms.
Availability and accuracy
We keep an eye on the information on the website so that it is accurate and up to date. There may be temporary interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons, and the services described may change. The website is hosted by Wix, so its availability also depends on the hosting provider.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Bulgarian law, we are not liable for damage resulting from decisions based only on the general information on the website, without a specific consultation. This does not limit our liability for intent or gross negligence, or consumers’ statutory rights.
Personal data and cookies

Governing law and disputes
Bulgarian law applies. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking it through; if that is not possible, it will be decided by the competent Bulgarian court. Consumers keep their rights under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and may contact the Consumer Protection Commission.

We may change these terms. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
