IT SupportHelp when something stops working

When something stops working, you want someone who already knows your setup, not a new person every time. We help remotely when we can and come over when we have to. If you’re on ongoing support, we also do regular maintenance so it happens less often.Remote and on-site end-user support: workstation and software troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, printers and peripherals, planned preventive maintenance.

When you need it

  • One fault and work stops

A computer that won’t start or a printer that won’t print, and half the day is gone.

  • IT is left to “whoever’s good with computers”

A colleague with a different job loses hours fixing everyone else’s computers.

  • The same problems over and over

If you only ever put out the fire, the cause is still there.

What we do

We handle the day-to-day: computers, software, printers, email. When something goes wrong, you call us instead of hunting around for someone who might know.

  • One contact for every IT question
  • Remotely or on site

What happens nextHow it runs

  1. You tell us

What isn’t working or what you want to do. In your own words.

  2. We take a look

We ask a few things. If needed, we look remotely or come over.

  3. We tell you what we’d do

What, why, and what it involves, before we start.

  4. We do the work

If you want, we stay on afterwards and keep it all running.

  1. Review

We find out how the business works and what is in place now.

  2. Requirements

We write down what needs solving and what the constraints are.

  3. Plan

What will be done, with what, and by when. Written down before we start.

  4. Build

We build it, set it up and test it.

  5. Handover

We show you how it works and exactly what was done.

  6. Support

If you’re on a support plan, we keep looking after it and fix weak spots over time.

Common questions

Do you help remotely or come over?

Both. Most things can be fixed remotely. For hardware, cabling or anything that needs someone there in person, we come on site.

Only when something breaks, or on an ongoing basis?

Either. You can call us about a one-off problem or have us on ongoing support. We work that out after the first conversation.

Do you support companies with several locations?

Yes, we can. We set every location up the same way, and you have one contact for all of them.

Something not working?

Tell us what’s happening and on how many computers. We’ll tell you whether it can be done remotely or we need to come over.
