Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we process personal data when you browse this website or contact us. The website does not store what you fill in on its forms: your enquiry reaches us by email, and only if you send the message yourself.
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Bulgarian version, the Bulgarian version prevails.
Data controller
The controller is CAD Service EOOD, UIC 208742856, with its registered office and address of management at Sofia 1517, Poduyane district, Sukhata Reka, Botyo Petkov, bl. 84, entr. V, fl. 3, apt. 8, Bulgaria. Services are offered under the CONTROL ALT DELETE (CAD) brand.
Email: dani@cadservice.net · Phone: +359 898 751 903. We have not appointed a data protection officer. For questions and requests about your personal data, write to dani@cadservice.net.
What data we process and when
The forms on this website are not sent to a server. When you press the send button in the contact form or in CAD Start, the website opens the email app on your device with a message to dani@cadservice.net already written out and, where the browser allows it, copies the text to your clipboard. You decide whether to send it. The website itself does not store or transmit what you fill in. If you send the email, it reaches us through your own email provider, and from then on we handle it like any other enquiry by email.
- Contact form: what you need help with, your message, name, company (optional), email and/or phone, and whether and when you would like a call back.
- CAD Start (describing a project): the service you choose, your answers to the questions, name, company and town (optional), email and/or phone, whether and when you would like a call back, and whether you would like a site visit.
- Photos and files (optional): if you want to show us a photo or a document, you attach it to the email yourself before sending it. The website does not upload or store files. Please don’t send documents containing other people’s personal data, passwords or card details.
- CAD Help: the checks run entirely in your browser and nothing is sent. If you decide to write to us from CAD Help, the description of the problem and the steps you tried are added to the contact form. You see them before sending and can remove them.
- CAD Assistant: the assistant follows predefined rules entirely in your browser and does not send your messages to us or anyone else. The latest messages are kept in your browser only while the tab is open. The assistant always shows that it is automated, not a person.
- Email and phone: the details you send or tell us when you write or call.
- Technical data when you visit: the website is static (made up of ready-made pages only) and is hosted by Wix (Wix.com Ltd.). On every visit, Wix’s servers process your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and browser details in order to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. These server logs are processed by Wix as the hosting provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Settings and temporary data in your browser: theme, view, display and language, and — while the tab is open — what you told CAD Help, CAD Start or the assistant. They are not sent to us. Details in the Cookie Policy.
We do not ask for sensitive data (such as health data) or passwords, and we ask you not to send them through the forms, the chat or by email.
The website currently uses no analytics services, advertising cookies or tracking. If that changes, we will switch them on only with your consent and update this policy.
Purposes and legal basis
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| To answer your enquiry and, if you wish, prepare a proposal | The content of the email you send us (including from the contact form or CAD Start), attached files and what you tell us by phone | Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering into a contract at your request; when you write on behalf of a company — Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in answering business enquiries) |
| A call back or site visit, when you ask for one | Phone, preferred time, town | Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering into a contract at your request |
| So you don’t have to repeat yourself (from CAD Help, CAD Start or the assistant to the form) | Description of the problem and steps tried (only in your browser, until the tab closes) | Art. 4a of the Bulgarian Electronic Communications Act — storage necessary for a function you explicitly request |
| Running and securing the website | Technical data in the hosting provider’s (Wix) server logs | Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in security and reliability |
| Remembering the settings you choose | Theme, view, display, language (only in your browser) | Art. 4a of the Bulgarian Electronic Communications Act — storage necessary for a function you explicitly request |
| Meeting legal obligations if we enter into a contract | Contract and invoice data | Art. 6(1)(c) — legal obligation (accounting and tax law) |
We make no automated decisions and do not profile visitors. The recommendations in CAD Start are worked out in your browser using simple rules and are guidance only; they do not affect whether or how we reply.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries we receive by email, with any attached files: up to 12 months after the last communication, then deleted, unless a contract requires a longer period.
- If we enter into a contract: for the term of the contract and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax law require.
- Temporary data in your browser (CAD Help, CAD Start, assistant): until the tab is closed. The description carried over to the form is not used after 2 hours.
- Server logs: kept by Wix as the hosting provider for the period set out in its terms and privacy policy.
- Settings in your browser: until you delete them (see Cookie settings).
Who receives the data
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Data may be received by:
- Wix (Wix.com Ltd.), the website’s hosting provider, for the technical data generated when you visit;
- our email provider, through which we receive and send email;
- public authorities, where the law requires it.
The email you send us also passes through your own email provider.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Wix.com Ltd. is a company established in Israel, a country for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision. Wix and our email provider may also process data in other countries outside the EEA. Where this happens, the transfer is based on a European Commission adequacy decision (for example the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise your rights, write to dani@cadservice.net. We respond without undue delay and at the latest within one month. We may ask for information to confirm that the request comes from you.
Complaints
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, Bulgaria, or seek a remedy in court. We would appreciate the chance to sort it out with you first.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS and uses no third-party scripts. Its Content Security Policy allows the browser to run only the website’s own scripts. The forms send no data to a server, and the enquiries we receive by email are accessible only to the people who answer them.
Content from other websites
In the projects section you can load the SolvX Capital website inside a window on our page. It loads only after you press the button to do so. Your browser then connects directly to solvxcapital.net (also hosted by Wix), which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Data processing there is governed by that website’s policies, set by its owner.
Changes
We update this policy when we change how the website works. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
