Try it yourself before you call. Here are the most common problems, with simple, safe checks. If they don’t help, send us what you tried and we will take it from there.

What isn’t working?

Computer not working properly
Frozen, slow, won’t turn on or showing an error.

Printer not printing
Not responding, jamming, or sending pages to another printer.

No internet or Wi‑Fi
One device, every device, or a weak signal in part of the premises.

Email problem
Won’t send, won’t receive, asks for a password, or a suspicious email.

A program won’t work or shows an error
Won’t open, keeps crashing or shows a message.

Not on the list. We will help you describe it.
Safe checks only
We won’t ask you to open devices, switch off antivirus protection, change settings you’re not familiar with, or reset anything to factory settings. When it gets complicated, leave it to us.
If anything smells of burning, smokes, sparks or is hot, unplug it and call us.
Do it yourself, or call us?
You can fix a lot of things yourself. Here’s roughly where the line is.
Usually fine to do yourself
- Restarting a computer, printer or router
- Checking cables, paper and power
- Closing a frozen program
- Picking the right printer or Wi‑Fi network
Better to call us
- The same problem keeps coming back
- Several people or the whole office are affected
- It involves data, passwords or a suspicious email
- Network cabling, cameras, servers or till systems
- Something smells of burning, smokes or is hot
