If your problem isn’t on the list, here are three things that help us work out quickly what’s going on.
Turn on JavaScript to go through the checks one step at a time. Here they are as a list:
Write down what happened
What you were doing when it started, and what changed. In your own words. No technical terms needed.
Take a photo of the error
A photo of the screen or the device says more than a long explanation. You can attach it at the end, when you send us the details.
If it’s safe, restart
Many problems go away after a restart. Don’t restart servers, till systems or devices you are not sure about.
